While porters are traditionally Ales the Baltic Porter is a high alcohol Lager with the same roasted flavors as your normal porters except with a nice smooth finish. This beer also won us a Gold Medal at the Harvest Montana Beer Competition.
A straight forward plain wheat beer, this beer is smooth, clean, and has great flavor. Without the in your face flavor profiles of some of our other brews
Lemongrass Pale Ale
A light American style pale ale with floral hops used to bitter this beer and 10 lbs of fresh lemongrass added to the boil to enhance but not over power the citrus flavors in the pale ale. This is a great starter beer for those people who like the bitterness of an IPA but don't want the heavy body of one.
A smooth and flavorful honey of an Ale, made with 98% local barley. This beer is golden in color with a sweet taste and smooth finish and with 7% alcohol it has a bit of a stinger as well.
A light and dry German style ale with cooler fermentation and aging than most ales and a nice light strawberry twist to complement, but not over power this nice German Kolsch. This crystal clear beer goes great on a nice hot summer day and is a good beer for all you light beer lovers.
A Belgian style wheat beer that is light and refreshing with a distinctively spiced character. Bitter Orange Peel and Coriander are staples in any Belgium White but we have a few other surprising herbs added to sweeten up this Witbier and make it a little different from the others.
Without A Paddle Porter
A Robust Porter, well hopped and bittersweet from a formula that has won several medals at the GABF, World Beer Cup and other competitions. Unlike most tradition Porters that try to focus just on malty characters, we added a few extra hops to this Porter to give you a bit of a hop profile to go with your dark malty Porter.
Electric City IPA
An American style India Pale Ale with 8 different styles of hops added during the boil and fermentation. With all these hops it is a Hop lovers dream but also appeals to malt lovers because it has enough body to back up the bitterness.
Chip off the Ol’ Scotch
Rich, malty brew with a touch of peated malt smokiness and aged on oak chips soaked in a single malt scotch. We use Balvenie 12, which turned out to pair very well with our light smokiness that comes from the peated malt we add in the mashing process.
