This smooth flavorful bock is light blonde and delicate in its looks but at 7% alcohol it packs quite a kick along with it. Brewed for one of the world’s best soccer players, who can also be described in a similar way, Abby WamBach. Abby Actually came in and tried the beer and said she loved the beer and it was a great honor for her to be a beer named after her. We were very glad to get her in the brewery she was a very polite down to earth woman and we would like to thank her for coming in. Also this story has been picked up by many national news sites, so thanks for putting us on the national stage Abby.
A medium bodied, well balanced Lager. This style originated in Dortmunder, Germany it’s style is between the dryness of a German Pilsener and the malt accented Munich Lagers. This beer is named after a gold mine in Central Montana where my family worked for many years, this is also the place I asked my wife to marry me, and the name of our new baby girl. This beer, just like the mine, is very dear to my heart.
An extremely smooth and creamy medium-bodied stout with soft malty notes and dry finish. A bit lighter body for a stout but still a great dark stout style.
Red Raider Ale
A smooth Irish Style Red with a slightly nutty character from crystal malt. This beer was named after my hometown of Winifred Montana where I was and will always be a Winifred Red Raider.
An American style Hefeweizen with fresh Jalapenos added to the boil. This beer is surprisingly sweet and smooth with just a hint of heat to finish. Most of the Jalapenos have the seeds taken out so surprisingly this Jalapeno Hefeweizen has very little heat but a whole lot of flavor.
A Bohemian style Pilsener loaded with the noble flavor of Czech Saaz hops. A lager made for hop lovers.
Electric City IPA
An American style India Pale Ale with 8 different styles of hops added during the boil and fermentation. With all these hops it is a Hop lovers dream but also appeals to malt lovers because it has enough body to back up the bitterness.
Chip off the Ol’ Scotch
Rich, malty brew with a touch of peated malt smokiness and aged on oak chips soaked in a single malt scotch. We use Balvenie 12, which turned out to pair very well with our light smokiness that comes from the peated malt we add in the mashing process.
An ale created by our Brewmaster in 1990 as a Halloween ale for Great Lakes Brewing in Cleveland, Ohio. This immortally hopped Double Red ale has risen again.
