A straight forward hop taste and aroma with less alcohol than our Electric City IPA.  Organic malts from Germany & Canada combined with organic Hops from Germany and the US.  This is a great IPA for summer with a low alcohol content and clean finish it is just right for those hot summer days, but also has the bitterness to satisfy you Hop Heads out there.

A light and dry German style ale with cooler fermentation and aging than most ales and a nice light strawberry twist to complement, but not over power this nice German Kolsch.  This crystal clear beer goes great on a nice hot summer day and is a good beer for all you light beer lovers.

A smooth Irish Style Red with a slightly nutty character from crystal malt.  This beer was named after my hometown of Winifred Montana where I was and will always be a Winifred Red Raider.

An American style Hefeweizen with fresh Jalapenos added to the boil. This beer is surprisingly sweet and smooth with just a hint of heat to finish.  Most of the Jalapenos have the seeds taken out so surprisingly this Jalapeno Hefeweizen has very little heat but a whole lot of flavor.

A smooth and flavorful honey of an Ale, made with 98% local barley and 65lbs of honey from Smoot Honey Company out of Power, MT.  This beer is light in color and has a sweet taste, but at 8% alcohol it has a bit of a stinger as well.

A Robust Porter, well hopped and bittersweet from a formula that has won several medals at the GABF, World Beer Cup and other competitions.  Unlike most tradition Porters that try to focus just on malty characters, we added a few extra hops to this Porter to give you a bit of a hop profile to go with your dark malty Porter.

An American style India Pale Ale with 8 different styles of hops added during the boil and fermentation.  With all these hops it is a Hop lovers dream but also appeals to malt lovers because it has enough body to back up the bitterness.

Rich, malty brew with a touch of peated malt smokiness and aged on oak chips soaked in a single malt scotch.  We use Balvenie 12, which turned out to pair very well with our light smokiness that comes from the peated malt we add in the mashing process.

A full bodied dark ale with roasted coco nibs added to the boil.  With a little help from our local candy shop, Candy Masterpiece, we got a great chocolate syrup which we added to the fermentor to give a great dark chocolate flavor.
